  • Illinois ranked 25th in Pasture Land Usage by using 1,950,000 acres of land in 2005. The average for all states for Pasture Land Usage was 11,500,000 acres.


  • Illinois ranked 38th in Forest Land Usage by using 4,087,000 acres of land in 2005. The average for all states for Forest Land Usage was 12,768,000 acres.
