Inhofe Declares Bipartisan Press Conference on Waters of the U.S. Rule

WASHINGTON, DC - U.S. Sens. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.), Pat Roberts (R-Kan.), John Barrasso (R-Wyo.), Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.), Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.), Mike Rounds (R - S.D.), and Dan Sullivan (R - Alaska) will hold a press conference Thursday at 10:45 AM EDT to declare legislation authored by Sens. Barrasso and Donnelly regarding the E.P.A.'s and the Corps of Engineers' attempt to expand the definition of the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS).
