WASHINGTON, DC - On Friday, January 16th, the Vice President, Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack, E.P.A. Administrator Gina McCarthy, and Washington D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser will tour the Anacostia River Tunnel Plan Location in Southeast Washington D.C. to discuss the importance of investing in our nation's infrastructure. Following the tour, the Vice President will deliver brief remarks which are open press.

Live Truck Arrival: 11:30 AM EST

Press Arrival: 12:00 PM EST

Final Access: 12:30 PM EST

Event Start Time: 1:00 PM EST

Press Entrance: From RFK Parking lot 8, you will be directed on site.
Press Parking: RFK Parking lot 8.
Live Truck Parking: Will be directed on site, please meet at RFK Parking lot 8.

Note: There will be no access to power or internet on site.

RSVP: This event is OPEN PRESS. Media must RSVP with NAME, POSITION (Reporter, TV, Camera, Photog, etc) MEDIA OUTLET, PHONE and EMAIL for each person planning to cover the event to [email protected] by Thursday, January 15th at 5:00 PM EST. At the event, you will be required to wear your outlet's media credential at all times, either around the neck or pinned to clothing.
