E.P.A. Administrator to Speak on Recycling

(Washington, D.C. - Nov. 13, 2007) E.P.A. Administrator Stephen L. Johnson will speak about the importance of recycling and the recycling efforts of members of the WasteWise and Countrywide Partnership for Environmental Priorities at its yearly conference. WasteWise, formed in 1994, promotes reducing, reusing, and recycling waste; NPEP, started in 2002, is a public-private partnership to reduce priority chemicals. Awards will be presented to select number of organizations from both partnerships later during the conference.
