WASHINGTON - Tomorrow, Tuesday March 29, the E.P.A. will hold a public hearing on the suggested Risk Management Plan (RMP) rule. The hearing will be held at E.P.A. Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and will provide the opportunity for interested parties to review on the suggested rule. E.P.A. is accepting written comments on the rule through May 13, 2016.
WHAT: Public hearing on the RMP suggested rule
WHEN: Tuesday, March 29, 2016
TIME: 9:00 AM and continue until 8:00 PM
There will be 2 breaks: twelve Noon - 1:00 p.m.; and 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
