E.P.A. Declares a Suggested Project Public Meeting for the Sanford Dry Cleaners Superfund Location

(ATLANTA - June 4, 2013) The E.P.A. (EPA) Region four Superfund Division will host a Suggested Project Public Meeting regarding the Sanford Cleaners Superfund Location on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at the City Commission Chambers located at 300 N. Park Ave., Sanford, Florida 32772.

DATE: June 6, 2013

TIME: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

LOCATION: Sanford City Hall - Commission Chambers
300 N Park Ave.
Sanford, Florida 32772

EPA, in consultation with the with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), will select a final remedy for the Location after reviewing and considering all information submitted during the 30-day public review period.

EPA, along FDEP, may modify the Suggested Preferred Alternative or select another response action presented in this Project based on new information or public comments. Superfund representatives assigned to the Sanford Cleaners Location will be accessible to answer questions and to hear any concerns you may have regarding cleanup activities at this site. Meeting hours of availability: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.
