The LEO Network is an innovative, interactive plan that brings together local and traditional knowledge experts with scientists to address climate change issues in Alaska. The LEO Network Smartphone App gives environmental managers in rural Alaska a new tool to make real-time climate observations in the field and share those observations across the network. LEO Network members will also directly connect with other technical experts, state, tribal and federal agencies to help their local efforts to build resilience and adaptation to climate change.
