Hypertherm Incorporated Purchases In excess of 18 Million kWh of Renewable Energy

Hypertherm Inc., a New Hampshire-based designer and manufacturer of plasma, laser, and waterjet cutting systems, has partnered with Renewable Choice Energy, a green power provider and sustainability consultant, to purchase renewable energy equivalent to 100% of the company's electricity needs in the United States. To date, the company has acquired in excess of 18 million kilowatt-hours (kWh) of renewable energy certificates (RECs) from Renewable Choice for 2014. The purchase is managed by a Maine-based consulting firm, Competitive Energy Services.
