(Washington, D.C. - September 8, 2008) Ever wanted to tell E.P.A. what you thought on an environmental topic? Each week, you have your chance in the E.P.A. blog, Greenversations. Each question is an open-ended blog entry; please share your thoughts as comments.

This week's question:

How have you prepared for emergencies?
Hurricanes, spring floods, and other incidents can all wreak havoc with our daily lives. Here at EPA, we're ready to respond in an official way. For individual people, preparing can range from keeping extra food and water to making evacuation plans. Either way, it pays to think ahead. In fact, September is Countrywide Preparedness Month.
