LOS ANGELES - On Thursday, at 10:30 a.m. PST, U.S. E.P.A. Regional Administrator Jared Blumenfeld will hold a press call to declare the results of the first-ever federal enforcement action for violations of the California Truck and Bus Regulation by Estes Express Lines, a national private trucking firm. The announcement will also highlight additional backing plans that will go to the University of California Davis Extension and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District's Burn Cleaner Incentive Program.
