WASHINGTON- E.P.A. (EPA) Administrator Gina McCarthy will give a keynote address tomorrow at the 15th National Conference and Global Forum on Science, Policy, and the Environment hosted by the National Council for Science and the Environment. Administrator McCarthy will discuss the cost of climate inaction and will address how climate actions, such as the Clean Power Plan, will drive innovation, spur opportunity, and create a clean energy economy.
