WASHINGTON - Today, E.P.A. (EPA) Administrator Gina McCarthy will testify before the Full Committee of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) on the EPA's Clean Power Project at 9:30 a.m. The hearing is entitled "Oversight Hearing: EPA's Suggested Carbon Pollution Requirements for Existing Power Plants."
