TODAY: E.P.A. Administrator to Give Keynote Remarks at American Association of Port Authorities’ Spring Meeting

WASHINGTON - Today, E.P.A. (EPA) Administrator Gina McCarthy will give keynote remarks at the Spring Meeting of the American Association of Port Authorities. Administrator McCarthy will discuss the benefits of pollution reduction at ports, especially for local communities' and workers' health, and how a strong economy and a healthy environment go hand-in-hand. The agency will also declare backing for ports through the Diesel Emissions Reduction Act (DERA).
