WASHINGTON- Today at 10:30 a.m. EDT, the E.P.A. (EPA) will hold a press call on updates on the Clean Power Plan. The Clean Power Plan, which for the 1st time puts national limits on carbon pollution, will cut U.S. carbon pollution from the power sector by 870 million tons, or 32 percent below 2005 levels, in 2030.
