  • Indiana ranked 32nd in Pasture Land Usage by using 1,335,000 acres of land in 2005. The average for all states for Pasture Land Usage was 11,500,000 acres.


  • Indiana ranked 37th in Forest Land Usage by using 4,342,000 acres of land in 2005. The average for all states for Forest Land Usage was 12,768,000 acres.


  • Indiana ranked 37th in Special Land Usage by using 1,271,000 acres of land in 2005. The average for all states for Special Land Usage was 5,820,000 acres.
