Energy Secretary Steven Chu will discuss the President's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act at an event at the White House. Secretary Chu will introduce the Vice President and highlight efforts to help jump start job creation and take steps towards energy independence at the White House Recovery and Reinvestment Act Implementation Conference.
