E.P.A. Hearing on California Greenhouse Gas Waiver

(03/03/2009) What: E.P.A. will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March five in Arlington, Va., regarding the agency's reconsideration of California's request to regulate greenhouse gases from automobiles.

Where: E.P.A. Potomac Yard South Conference Center, 2777 Crystal Drive, Room S-1204, Arlington, Virginia 22202.

When: Thursday, March 5, 9:30 a.m. and will continue into the afternoon to accommodate all members of the public who wish to comment.

Written comments will be accepted until April 6, 2009. E.P.A. will consider written comments submitted during the review period with the same weight as oral comments presented during the public hearing.
